Willie’s, located on the main floor of the University Center in the heart of campus, offers freshly brewed coffee by Colectivo along with quick snacks for those who are on-the-go. The Milwaukee-based Colectivo first opened in 1993 and has been roasting their coffee by hand ever since. Our Colectivo partnership program offers some of their finest coffee and specialty beverages.
