An Empowerment group for college student to promote the
self-love we all need. Learn to love yourself for who you are!
Through an eight-week workshop, the Be Body Positive program teaches individual sot reconnect with their inner body wisdom so they can unlock their full potential and live their life with more joy and purpose. The goal of this program is to help students develop balanced and living relationships with their whole selves. This program is guided by love, forgiveness, and humor in teaching people to love their body the way it is.
Location: Room 109 in Esker Dining Hall
Choose from Two Sessions:
Session 1: Tuesdays | January 28 – March 17 | 2:00pm- 3:00pm
Session 2: Wednesdays | Januray 29 – March 18 | 3:30pm – 4:30pm
